Mutation: Painstaking Realism in Indonesian Contemporary Painting

Held in conjunction with the 1997 Indonesia-Japan Friendship Festival, this exhibition featured, for the first time in Japan, Indonesia's own strain of realist painting that emerged from the 1970s onward.
